The service

HAM is an educational application that prepares courses, lessons, practice, podcasts, research reports and question solutions with AI. AI content can be wrong or incomplete. Check important information against reliable sources and do not use it as professional medical, legal or financial advice. Solutions are for learning; follow your school's rules on homework and exams.

Your account

You must be 13 or older; if you are under 18 you need a parent's or guardian's permission. Keep your password secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. Do not disrupt the service, try to access someone else's data, create accounts in bulk to collect free HAM Tokens, or upload material you have no right to use or that is unlawful.

HAM Tokens and plans

Each plan includes a monthly allowance of HAM Tokens. The cost of an action is shown before you start it; unused HAM Tokens do not carry over to the next month. Free features and limits may change. For paid plans the price, billing period, renewal, cancellation and refund terms are shown before purchase and apply alongside these terms. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Your content

What you enter and what HAM creates for you is yours to use. You give HAM the permission needed to store and process it to run the service. You can export it or delete it at any time in Settings; deletion is permanent.

Changes and ending

We may update these terms; important changes are announced in the app before they apply. You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. The service is provided as it is, within the limits of the law.
